Fallone's was originally started by Michael Fallone in 1928 and was run in his very capable hands alongside his wife, Elsa, for the following 54 years.

 

In 1982, after being involved in chip shops/chip vans from an early age, Margaret Deeney assumed the reins and began a 20 year endeavour to follow in Michael and Elsa's footsteps.

 

In 2002, the responsibility of ownership then passed to brothers Denis and Patrick, who have since been trying to continue the hard work and success of their predecessors.
